Introduction

Souq Press platform/website (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the Souq Press website") welcomes you as a user whether you are a seller, buyer, or visitor (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user"). These terms and conditions and the legal documents associated with them (collectively referred to as the "Terms and Conditions and Policies") are a legally binding document between you and the Souq Press platform, a B2B e-commerce platform specialized in the digital and offset printing industry, owned by "Nag Printing" Company under Commercial Registration No. 7037718017

These terms and conditions cover all policies related to your use of the platform. Please read the terms and policies carefully and accept them before registering on the platform or benefiting from its services.

This agreement is effective once you agree to it during registration or use of the services provided on the platform, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Articles 5 and 10 of the Electronic Transactions Law.

 

Rights and Responsibilities of Souq Press Platform

The Souq Press Platform is committed to processing your personal information in a confidential manner in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
The Souq Press Platform will not be responsible in any way for any direct or indirect moral or material loss that you may suffer as a result of disclosing/sharing your credentials and account information.
The Souq Press Platform has the right at any time to conduct any investigations it deems necessary, and to request you to disclose any additional information or provide documents to prove your identity or ownership.
The Souq Press Platform reserves the right to suspend, deactivate or cancel your account on the platform, without prejudice to the rights of other users and their legitimate means to recover their rights, in the following cases:

- If the platform is unable to authenticate any of the information provided by the user during the registration process.

- If the user violates the terms, conditions and policies of this agreement.

- If the account has been inactive for 12 months.

- If the platform decides that the user's activities violate the law, or that the user's activities may cause harm or legal violations to other users or to the platform.
