This system is based on thermal imaging technology using an 830 nm infrared thermal system combined with Grating Light Valve (GLV) technology. It supports imaging resolutions of 1200 and 2400 dpi, ensuring sharp dots, smooth gradients, and excellent plate consistency.<\/p>\n
The Xcalibur 45 is capable of producing up to 30 plates per hour, making it suitable for production environments that require stable output without excessive complexity. Plates are loaded manually, giving operators full control over plate handling.<\/p>\n
