This configuration consists of two DC 10\/60 vacuum collating towers with a total of 20 feeding stations using Duplo’s AMS (Air Management System) suction feeding technology. The gathered sheets are transferred automatically to the DBM-400 booklet maker for stitching and folding, followed by the DBM-400T fore-edge trimmer and extended delivery conveyor.<\/p>\n
The system automatically detects double feeds, missing sheets, and paper jams while offering touchscreen operation and programmable job settings for efficient production.<\/p>\n
