Direct To Garment DTG Ink for Epson printheads

This DTG ink, when properly cured, produces highly durable and vibrant prints on both light and dark garments. When used alongside dark and light pre-treatments, the images remain vivid, wash-resistant, and long-lasting. The standard curing time for these inks with white ink is 45 seconds at 165?C and 35 seconds at 155?C for CMYK only.

The CMYK and white ink set requires no special installation and is compatible with most Direct to Garment printers using an Epson DX print head. It can also be applied as a color coat over other white textile inks but delivers the best performance when paired with the corresponding white ink.

For best washing results, it is recommended to wash garments at 40?C using non-biological detergents. Avoid stain removers or other washing additives, as they may impact the final print quality. This DTG ink is designed for printing on 100% cotton fabrics, as well as blends with a 60% cotton and 40% polyester mix. Printing on fabrics outside these specifications may be possible, but individual wash tests should always be conducted to ensure quality results.
