NovaJet Inkjet Clear Microporous Film 100 QD (IJC 100 QD) is an optically clear polyester film, top-coated with an ink-receptive layer for high-quality colour seperations of textile designs to be used as screen positives. It is best suited for spot, solid colour patch and multi colour separations. This film can be directly used to expose screen stencils meant for rotary or flat-bed textile printing machines.

- It is recommended to acclimatise the media to the normal printing environment for 24 hours beforeprinting
- Use only original inks while printing on themedia
- The printing room should have less than 55 % RH, as the media is highly sensitive tomoisture
- Printed media should be thoroughly dried for at least thirty minutes before exposing it onto diazo papers andfilms
- Images printed on the media should be kept away from ammonia / amines solution or vapour to preventdiscolouration
- A fresh pair of cotton gloves should be used while handling the bare media to avoidsweat, grease and oil transfer on to the media that could adversely affect the printquality
- When not in use, the media should be stored in its original packing, in a verticalposition
