Heidelberg CX 102 Offset Printing Machine | 5 Colors + Coating – 2017

The Heidelberg CX 102-5 + L SC (2017) is a high-performance B1 offset printing press built to meet the demands of modern commercial and packaging print production. The press is configured with five color printing units and a dispersive coating unit, allowing high-quality printing with protective or decorative coating in a single pass.

It is equipped with Prinect Press Center XL2 and Wallscreen XL for precise ink and register control, ensuring fast makeready times, reduced waste, and consistent print quality. The AutoPlate Pro system provides fully automatic plate loading, significantly improving efficiency and reducing downtime.

The machine features Alcolor alcohol dampening, Technotrans CombiStar refrigeration system, and advanced sheet handling with Preset Plus feeder and delivery. Print quality and cleanliness are supported by automatic wash-up devices for ink rollers, blanket cylinders, impression cylinders, and offset cylinders.

Drying and finishing are enhanced with a DryStar IR dryer, PowderStar AP 500 CAN powder spraying system, and a varnishing unit with doctor blade chamber, allowing processing of a wide range of substrates with thicknesses from 0.03 to 1 mm.

The press is in very good condition, well maintained, and available immediately. Although not currently in production, it remains connected and ready for inspection.
