The INTELPACK carton cutting machine is a flexible and highly efficient “box on demand” solution developed by Bala for companies seeking full control over their packaging process. The system processes continuous corrugated cardboard (Z-cardboard) and converts it into perfectly sized boxes without the need for dies or pre-cut stock.
Unlike traditional manual packaging methods, INTELPACK significantly improves productivity, consistency, and material utilization. Operators can quickly generate boxes of different dimensions, ideal for variable product sizes, grouped packaging, or customized shipping requirements.
The machine supports corrugated board thicknesses up to 7 mm (F, E, B, C, FE, EB, EC, BC), making it suitable for a wide range of packaging applications. Integrated software allows fast box design, selection of standard FEFCO patterns, and rapid production changeovers.
