The KBA Rapida 105-6 CX PWHA Hybrid is a heavy-duty large-format offset press built for demanding production environments, particularly in carton and UV printing applications. Its straight 6-color configuration combined with UV interdeck and end-of-press drying enables high-speed production with instant ink curing and excellent print durability.

The press is equipped with Colortronic off-press control, allowing precise ink and register adjustments outside the press for reduced makeready times. Varidamp film dampening ensures stable ink-water balance, while diagonal register and SAPC plate changing enhance accuracy and consistency during long production runs.

Advanced sheet handling systems such as non-stop feeder and delivery, shaftless feeder, electronic sidelays, and ultrasonic double-sheet detection ensure smooth and reliable operation even with heavy substrates.
