The press utilizes the VARIDAMP alcohol dampening system combined with a Technotrans refrigeration and circulation unit to maintain a stable ink-water balance during long production runs. Automatic washing systems for rollers and blankets further improve productivity and maintain consistent printing quality.

The machine is equipped with an inline coating unit featuring an anilox roller for high-quality varnish applications. The extended delivery system (ALV2 – 2.6 m) improves drying and sheet handling performance.

The hybrid UV configuration includes an ELTOSCH UV interdeck system installed after the fifth printing unit, as well as IR, hot air, and UV drying modules in the delivery section. This combination allows flexible printing on a wide range of substrates and supports high-quality coated print production.
