The Komori LS 540 CX H UV Hybrid (2006) is a large-format, industrial-grade 5-color sheetfed offset printing press engineered for high-volume commercial and packaging production. With a maximum sheet size of 102 × 72 cm (40 × 28 inch), this machine is ideal for carton printing, premium packaging, and large-format commercial applications.

The “H” model configuration offers advanced automation and production stability. The press is equipped with PQC console, PDCS-II, KMS-IV (Komori Management System), and KHS (Komori High Speed Inking System), ensuring accurate color control and optimized ink distribution even at high speeds.

Full automatic plate changers significantly reduce makeready time, while AMR enables sheet size and thickness pre-sets. Skeleton cylinders improve sheet handling efficiency.

The machine includes ABW (Automatic Blanket Washers), AIRC (Automatic Ink Roller Cleaners), and AICC (Automatic Impression Cylinder Cleaners), ensuring reduced downtime and efficient maintenance. Ink roller de-clutching in the 1st and 5th units enhances operational flexibility.

Equipped with an Anilox coater, Technotrans refrigeration system, ink temperature control, and water circulation control, the press maintains consistent print quality. The UV system was installed new in 2013, and the delivery includes IR dryer and Balwing UV LED lamp, offering hybrid drying capability. Powder spray system supports finishing and sheet separation.
