MAN Roland 706 3B – 6-Color Offset Printing Machine – 2001

MAN Roland 706 3B, built in 2001, is a 6-color straight offset press designed for B1 format (740 × 1040 mm) printing.
It’s a powerful, fully automated production machine, previously equipped with a perfector (2/4), which has been factory deactivated for straight printing by MAN Roland engineers — ensuring maximum stability and print accuracy.

Equipped with Grapho Metronic densitometry, RCI (Remote Controlled Inking), and CCI (Computer Controlled Inking) systems, it provides precise color consistency and quick job setups.
The Technotrans InkLine and Beta.c 200L systems manage ink flow and temperature, while APL (Automatic Plate Changing) and automatic washing devices for ink rollers, blankets, and impression cylinders reduce downtime dramatically.
The press also includes AirGlide high-pile delivery, Grafix Hitronic 3000 powder spray, Roland-Deltamatic, and Becker VariAir compressor for efficient air management.
