The Man Roland R705 LV UV Hybrid (2002) is an industrial-grade 5-color large-format sheetfed offset printing press designed for advanced packaging and UV hybrid production. With a maximum sheet size of 740 × 1040 mm (104 × 74 cm), this press is ideal for carton printing, folding carton production, and premium packaging applications.

The machine is equipped with a comprehensive ARADIANT UV lamp system, including three UV lamps that can be positioned after each print unit and three additional UV lamps in delivery after the coating tower. This configuration allows flexible UV curing for demanding substrates and coatings.

A double varnishing circuit system with double UV pump enhances coating performance. The integrated TRESU coating system supports high-quality inline varnishing applications.

The press features non-stop feeder and non-stop delivery, ensuring continuous production for high-volume packaging jobs. IR dryer and ROLAND SECCOMATIC Hot Air dryer provide hybrid drying capabilities.

Equipped with RCI with Jobcard system, APL plate loading, Grapho Metronic inking temperature control chiller, and Technotrans Beta D 60 chiller, the machine ensures stable ink performance and efficient temperature control.
