Duplo System 4000 Automatic Booklet Making Line (2002)

The Duplo System 4000 is a modular, fully automatic booklet production line engineered for commercial printers and finishing companies requiring high-speed, high-quality booklet production.

This configuration consists of two DC 10/60 vacuum collating towers with a total of 20 feeding stations using Duplo’s AMS (Air Management System) suction feeding technology. The gathered sheets are transferred automatically to the DBM-400 booklet maker for stitching and folding, followed by the DBM-400T fore-edge trimmer and extended delivery conveyor.

The system automatically detects double feeds, missing sheets, and paper jams while offering touchscreen operation and programmable job settings for efficient production.

Ideal for magazines, manuals, brochures, catalogs, educational materials, annual reports, and commercial booklet production.
